About the ITC SheTrades Indonesia Hub
Hosted by Womanpreneur Community, the SheTrades Indonesia Hub was established in 2022 in partnership with the International Trade Centre’s – a joint agency of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization – flagship Women and Trade Programme, the SheTrades Initiative.
The SheTrades Indonesia Hub serves as a resource centre for Indonesian women entrepreneurs. It adopts a three-pronged approach to ensure that the right conditions and capacities are in place for women-led businesses to thrive in international trade:
Equipping women entrepreneurs with market-relevant skills and knowledge and facilitating their access to market and investment opportunities;
Bringing together a community of partners (e.g. business support organizations, corporations, development partners, etc) and harnessing synergies to improve the business and trade environment for women; and
Advocating for gender-inclusive policy reforms nationally.
